This Halloween, Charlotte and Peter dressed up as Max and Ruby from the Canadian TV show and books. They (well, Charlie) have been looking forward to it and talking about it for months.

Max and Ruby.

"Cheese!" Okay, "Carrots!"

Peter, aka Max, for 1 of the approximately 7 seconds (cumulative) that he allowed those ears to be on his head.

The Max and Ruby Express on its way to go trick or treating.

Ruby is seriously contemplating her Trick or Treating strategy. Max is just worried.

Stringers Halloween 2010. Niki and I are dressed as our neighbors Dan and Alicia, circa 1980's.

Dan and Alicia, 1980's Dan, 1980's Alicia, Max, and Ruby . . . Looks like 1980's Alicia and Alicia already are on a sugar high . . .

Very funny - Max and Ruby look cute - looks like Charlotte's job was to hold the pumpkins :) But who had more fun - the adults or the kids????? bjs
A certain neighbor observed, "But they're much older than you and Dan were when you dressed like that."
That certain neighbor better watch out, or else he/she shall be the subject of NEXT year's costumes.
I think Corey should keep the mustache . . .
I think Corey looked like Luigi from Mario Bros.
As for the neighbor who said that, he may or may not not be married, have an adorable child with an unusual name, and another baby on the way.
THAT'S IT! WE ARE SOOOOOOO GOING AS ZANE AND JESSICA NEXT YEAR!!!!!!!
Bazinga! I mean, BINGO!
Awww, the kids are sooooo cute! And the "Dan and Alicia from the 80's" motif took me right back to high school. How much hairspray did you use Niki? Hopefully someone told you that you are not truly authentic unless you use more than half a can of aquanet per hairstyle. :)
