Celebrating Grandpa Spike's 60th birthday in California
We trekked out to California for my dad's 60th birthday party and had a terrific time. It was the first time we had gotten all three Evans grandchildren together, and I'm totally bummed we never got a group shot with the grandparents. The amazing part of the trip was that Charlotte, Peter, and Sonia got to hang out with all five of their maternal great-grandparents at the same time. They may not realize it now, but that's a pretty unique thing. Here are some shots from our first few days in California, which included the actual birthday party:

What a fantastic time! The pictures are so awesome! First of all, you dad doesn't look like he's 60!( you 2 have young genes on both sides!) I had to look at the pics several time to pick my favorite, but I think the toddlers in the tubby with twin moms wins!!!
