Bring it!
Due to dubious taste in movies on their mothers' parts, Charlotte and Zoey were exposed to a viewing of "Bring It On: All or Nothing" this afternoon while they played. Perhaps inspired by the sheer goofiness of the film, Joslyne and I adorned the girls with beads, a tutu, and a flowered headband. Next time, we will show the girls some feminist movie of female empowerment and will eschew shallow frivolity. The photos probably won't be as fun though. Here are the girls rocking out as their mothers watched quality cinema.

Glad to see that out of the four of you, at least Zoey had the good sense to try to change the channel.
There are many days I wish I were home to spend time with you four.
CJS - have you even SEEN the film? Huh? Have you? No mocking until you too have seen the greatness that is Bring It On: All Or Nothing. And, by the way, your daughter has some quite advanced cheering skills. LOOK OUT!
BWAHAHAHAHA!!! That third picture makes Charlittle look like a cheerleader! Zozo looks positively fabulous in the tutu, by the way. Does she own one of her own?
Erin- you should have been here last night. All the Stringers and Marshalls were in CJ's front yard. NIki showed us how, by simply raising one leg and clapping underneath it, CJ would giggle. This led to mass under-leg clapping (Dan and Corey were doing it too!) and laughing until Charlotte would laugh so hard EVERY TIME that she would fall down. We looked like drunken fools out there, but we didn't care because your niece was stupid-happy.
